South Chartha is a traditional area of ​​Comilla. It is right in the middle of Comilla Adarsh ​​Sadar Upazila. There are many small and big ponds in the area, the largest of which is Thira Pond. There are 9 to 10 mosques in the area. The area is completely secular. Many prominent people live in the area. The home of Sachin Dev Burman, a renowned musician, composer and lyricist of the subcontinent, is located in this area. More than fifty thousand people live in this area. There are two government hospitals in the area, Sadar Hospital and Matri Sadan. There are also 5 private hospitals. There are a total of 6 schools including 5 government primary schools. The traditional Kasemul Uloom Madrasa of Comilla is located in this area. Besides, there are many more madrasas including New Hostel Cemetery, New Hostel Hostel, Anjuman Mofidul Islam and many more. This is an ideal area of ​​Comilla.

  ধর্ষণ বাংলাদেশের এখন একটি দৈনিন্দিন খবর ।টিভি অথবা সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া যেখানেই যান না কেন ধর্ষণের খবর অবশ্যই পাবেন। প্রতিদিন কোথাও না কোথাও ধর্ষণের ঘটনা ঘটবে। এই সমস্ত ঘটনার সবচেয়ে বড় কারণ হচ্ছে বাংলাদেশের আইন। অবশ্য বাংলাদেশ আইন আছে কিন্তু তার প্রয়োগ নেই বললেই চলে। ক্ষমতার অপব্যবহার করে একের পর এক আইন অমান্য করা হচ্ছে। যার কারণে বেড়ে যাচ্ছে একের পর এক অন্যায়। তার মধ্যে সবচেয়ে বড় অন্যায় হচ্ছে ধর্ষণ। ধর্ষণের একটি বড় কারণ হচ্ছে মাদক। পর্ণগ্রাফি আসক্তি। এর সবচেয়ে বড় কারণ হচ্ছে ধর্মীয় জ্ঞান না থাকা। ছোটবেলা থেকেই প্রতিটি মা-বাবার উচিত তার সন্তানকে ধর্মীয় জ্ঞান দেওয়া ধর্মীয় শিক্ষা দেওয়া। প্রতিটি বাবা-মায়ের উচিত তার সন্তানকে সবসময় চোখে চোখে রাখা। সে কোথায় যাচ্ছে কি করছে কার সাথে মিশছে তার বন্ধুরা সহপাঠীরা কেউ মাদকাসক্ত কিনা সবকিছু খবর নেওয়া। এ সমস্ত বিষয় গুলো যদি সমাজের মধ্যে থাকে কোনদিনও ধর্ষণ বা মাদক এই সমস্ত ঘটনা ঘটবে না কোন সন্ত্রাসবাদের ঘটনাও ঘটবে না। আর যদিও বা ঘটে ইসলামের ইসলামী আইন অনুযায়ী বিচার ব্যবস্থা হলে কোনোদিনও আর এ সমস্ত ঘটনা ঘটার সম্ভাবনা নেই।

Disadvantages of Chartha : The biggest problem in our society is drugs.Many of our youth are becoming addicted to drugs.Thefts and robberies for this drug are increasing day by day. At ast: Though we have some disadvantages but the number of advantages are much more larger than that.We are triying to solve this problem unitedly.
